My Story…
This May, I’m running my first 10K in support of women’s mental health initiatives at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women, this race is a meaningful way for me to support a cause that matters deeply to me, supporting programs that provide specialized mental health services for women. The Lois Hole Hospital for Women is also the only hospital in Alberta dedicated to women’s health and wellness!
Anxiety and OCD are part of my daily life, and mental health care continues to play a regular and important role for managing these.

Edit: I recently hit my goal of raising $500, so I have increased my goal to $1000!
