My Story…

Hello 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 and thanks for visiting. I am signed up for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women at the end of May to raise awareness for mental health issues. Running is definitely not my favourite...but it's for a good cause, and my head always feels clearer after, funny enough! Your donation goes towards: Frontline Support: Crisis intervention, counselling, and peer support groups for women facing mental health challenges. Education & Awareness: Breaking down stigma and empowering women with the knowledge and resources to prioritize their mental well-being. Research & Innovation: Funding ground-breaking research to advance our understanding and treatment of women's mental health issues.
