Last year I ran my first 5k and it was such a good experience thanks to all of the very supportive people in my life. It helped show me that everyone is here for me and routing for me, even if I'm not the fastest or the best or the most perfect. Hoping to beat last year's run time and and bring more awareness to Women's Mental Health Issues. And this year I'll be joined by even more family members who want to be involved - so proud of my young nieces Emily and Jennifer, and the youngest nephew Austin for joining in and showing up with me!

Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health™ is a registered, charitable organization dedicated to fostering health equity for women by increasing access to care and support, improving awareness of women’s unique health needs, and providing support for critical women’s health research. Our purpose is to bring communities together in support of local charities to improve access to mental health care and support.

Women are twice as likely to suffer from anxiety and depression and 3x more likely to face barriers to service.
