My Story…
For the fourth year in a row, I’m proud to join the CDW Women in Sales team in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women. This event is incredibly close to my heart.
On November 9, 2001, I lost my mother to her battle with mental health. That loss changed my life forever and it’s something I carry with me every day. I’ve also faced my own struggles, which is why this cause means so much to me. No one should have to face mental health challenges alone or in silence.
Every dollar raised through the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women goes directly to local charities that provide critical mental health services and support to women who need it most.
If you’re able to donate, I would be truly grateful. And even if you’re not, I encourage you to take a moment to check in on yourself or reach out to someone you care about. Small actions can make a bigger difference than we realize.
Your mental health matters. You matter.
