My Story…

I am running 5km again to help support mental health programs for women at Halton Healthcare.

This year will be my hardest yet - I am struggling with many perimenopause symptoms (as a lot of women do). I am doing something hard because dealing with any mental health issue is hard and we all may need a little help!
