I am fundraising in support of women’s mental health programs at Markham Stouffville Hospital, helping ensure that women in our community have access to leading-edge care and support at every stage of life. These programs include art therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, interpersonal therapy, and postpartum cognitive behavioural therapy, which provide compassionate, evidence-based support to hundreds of women each year.

This cause is deeply important to me, and I am personally committed to helping ensure that these essential services remain available. Your support makes a real difference in the lives of women who rely on this care to heal, build resilience, and thrive.
