Help Cathy raise money

I’m running (wish me luck!) in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women to support programs that help women facing mental health challenges. 

This cause is personal. Mental health has touched many of the women in my family. And, like in many families, it wasn’t always talked about openly. But silence doesn’t help anyone. 

The more we talk about mental health, the easier it becomes for women to ask for help, and to get the support they deserve. 

So I’m running to raise awareness and funds for programs that make that support possible.
