I’m proud to be participating in the Run for Women 💙 This run is deeply personal to me. I’m running for my own mental health—for the strength it takes to keep going on the hard days, and for the growth that comes with choosing to show up for myself. But I’m also running for those who can’t—for the ones who are struggling in silence, who feel unseen, or who don’t yet have the support they need. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it deserves compassion, understanding, and real support.
