Help Ramijha raise money

We're taking part in the Run for Women to support a cause that means a lot to us, women’s mental health. We've seen first-hand how quietly and deeply mental health challenges can affect the women in our lives, and how important it is to have the right support. There’s so much that people carry silently, and having the right resources and care can make a meaningful difference. 

Women are especially impacted by anxiety and depression, often during major life stages such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, making access to compassionate, specialized support so important. 

As a team, we’re hoping to raise $300 CAD to help support programs that provide that kind of care in our community. Every donation, big or small, goes toward helping women get the support they deserve, in support of women’s mental health programs at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
