My Story…
Mental Health awareness and having the needed supports available as needed mean a lot to me personally, my family and my friends. I also have mental health challenges that I over come and work through daily. There are too many people slipping through the cracks and not getting the supports they need. Too many are passing away from suicide or due to Mental health complications and addictions. There is so much that can be done and support given. End the stigma of Mental Illness. It's time to claim your life back and live a good life for a change. Be kind to your neighbours and help each other. Bring one another up and not talk down to them. Mental Health does not discriminate, all walks of life ,all genders, all ages, all races, cultures and backgrounds, rich and poor alike can have mental health challenges and mental illness. Let's bring St. John's and all of Newfoundland & Labrador back to a Healthy place to live for all. Kim Underhay , 2 time cancer survivor
