Help Rachel raise money

Hi, folks here again this year to raise money for mental health. We all have felt a little lost from time to time and wished for or have hand a little help with lifting ourselves up. Joining the run for women is a little way for me to try and be that helping hand for others. I'm sure with all your help we can all look towards making a better tomorrow for many who are struggling today.
