This year, I’m participating in the Run for Women to support mental health awareness and services in our community. Mental health touches all of us — whether personally or through people we care about. It’s something that deserves more openness, support, and access to care. I’m running to help reduce stigma and contribute, even in a small way, to ensuring that more people can access the support they need when they need it.
