Hello - welcome here! Women's mental health doesn't get talked about enough - and this year, I'm putting my steps where my values are. I'm with Team Headway and joining thousands of Canadians for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women, walking and fundraising to support Stella's Circle and the women in our community who need it most. Every dollar goes directly toward their women's mental health programs - real help, right here at home. Please give generously by donating to this course. Thank you!
