Running for all the women out there having a tough time going through their 40s and 50s, dealing with all the mental struggles due to changes in their bodies, changes in family dynamics with kids “leaving the nest”, dealing with anxiety due to work force reductions, or stress caused by family emergencies due to aging parents. And the list goes on and on …
