My Story…

I’m participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women because stepping up for women’s mental health is deeply personal to me. I’ve experienced my own challenges, and I know how important it is to feel supported and understood. Every woman deserves access to resources, community, and care — and I’m proud to run in support of that.
