Help Stephanie raise money

This year, I’m walking in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women because mental health is something that truly matters to me — both through personal experience and through my work at The Royal. I’ve seen how deeply mental illness and addiction can impact people and their families, and how life-changing the right care and support can be. I’m walking to help support that care, to play a small part in reducing stigma, and to stand alongside those who are going through more than most of us ever see. It’s a simple thing, but it feels meaningful to be part of something that brings hope, compassion, and real change to our community.
