Help Diana raise money

I’ve signed up for the 5K Run/Walk with the EDC Mindful Movers. I’ve completed 10+ run/walk marathons around the world, and this will be my fifth Shoppers Drug Mart event. Mental health is a cause that matters deeply to me. Having previously navigated depression, anxiety, and burnout, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that movement, community, and awareness can have. This run is an opportunity to continue that journey and help build visibility for mental health.
