Our story…

Each year we come together to walk in support of women’s mental health at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. The team name “Nevertheless, She Persisted”  was chosen to honour women who pursue their goals, defend their rights, and advocate for their health. #Resilience 

This event reminds us we don’t walk alone. We gather not only to raise awareness and funds, but to affirm that we 'see' and support one another.

Together, we continue advocating for better services for women and building a community rooted in strength and mutual support.
