On May 31, I’m lacing up for the Run for Women in Ottawa to support women’s mental health programs. Mental health challenges affect 1 in 4 of us, and I’m running to help close the gap in research and care. 100% of your donation stays right here in our community to provide vital resources for those who need them most.
