As a psychotherapist, I spend my days supporting others through their mental health but I also know this struggle personally. I’ve navigated my own journey with anxiety, and I understand how isolating and heavy it can feel. That lived experience is part of what drives my passion for this work, and why this cause means so much to me. Women’s mental health is still too often under-supported, and too many are left without access to the care they need. By participating in the Run for Women, I’m walking not only for my clients, but for myself, and for every woman who deserves compassionate, accessible mental health support.
