My Story…
Mental health will touch most people's lives in ways we may never expect. It can be incredibly hard to ask for help — especially for women who are balancing careers, caregiving, expectations, and the invisible pressure to “hold it all together". That’s why I’m fundraising for women’s mental health programs at Women's College Hospital. Women experience mental health challenges differently. Hormonal changes, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, trauma, caregiving stress, workplace inequities — these aren’t just “life events". They deeply affect mental wellbeing. And too often, women put themselves last. At Women’s College Hospital, women can access specialized, evidence-based mental health care designed specifically for them, but programs like these rely on community support. I invite you to join me — whether by donating, sharing this page, or simply starting a conversation about women's mental health. Together, we can help more women find the support they deserve.
