My Story…

Hi everyone! My name is Milah-Rose, and I will be participating in the 5k run at the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in June 2026. This great event raises money for women's mental health programs at Women's College Hospital in Toronto. I am passionate about this project because so often women's mental health needs go unmet, and we have an amazing opportunity to come together as a community to change this outcome. Please consider donating, even a small amount, if you are able!
