My Story…
This June, mom, dad, and I are walking the 5K together at the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in support of women's mental health programs at Women's College Hospital. Mental health matters to our family, and we wanted to do something meaningful together to show it.
Women's College Hospital runs the largest women's mental health clinical and research program in Canada, supporting over 30,000 patient visits a year across areas like trauma, reproductive mental health, and refugee care. Every dollar raised goes directly toward making that support more accessible for women who need it. If you can spare anything, we would be so grateful! It truly goes a long way.
