I am running the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women to help raise awareness and support for women's mental health. Mental health challenges affect countless women, yet many still face stigma, judgment, and barriers when seeking help. Through this run, I hope to contribute to a future where women feel empowered to prioritize their mental well-being and access the support they need. Every donation helps fund vital mental health programs and services that make a meaningful difference in women's lives.
