My Story…

I'm running to raise funds for mental health programs at Women's College Hospital. WCH is home to North America’s largest women-focused clinical and research mental health program, serving approximately 40,000 patients annually. 

Women are twice as likely than men to experience depression and anxiety, yet are three times more likely than men to experience barriers to accessing mental healthcare, due to factors such as lack of childcare, stigma and shame, transportation barriers and cost. Your donation will help more women access vital mental healthcare support.
