This year, I’m participating in the Run for Women to raise money and awareness for women’s mental health. Strong mental health is foundational to how we show up—for our families, our work, and ourselves. Supporting this event is one small way I can help make a meaningful difference for women who need access to care and support. Thank you for being part of this journey.
