I’m proud to be taking part in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women again this year in support of women’s mental health programs at Women’s College Hospital. I was moved by the support I received last time, and I’m grateful to be doing it again. This cause matters. Women often carry a disproportionate share of emotional, social, and caregiving work, while navigating health challenges that don’t always receive the attention or care they deserve. It’s easy to overlook this, especially when the women in our lives show up with such strength and resilience. We can't overlook this. Supporting women’s mental health is simply the right thing to do, but it also strengthens families and communities. I’ll be running in honour of all the incredible women in my life, who deserve the best possible care. If you’re able to contribute, I’d be grateful. Every amount helps. Thank you for your support.
