This year, Joan is taking on her first 10K race — and it’s an especially meaningful one. 💜
After recovering from hip replacement surgery, she set a goal to get back to moving, strengthening, and challenging herself. Now she’s turning that journey into something bigger by running in support of women’s mental health.
Mental health support can make a profound difference in people’s lives, and this run is about raising awareness and funds for resources that help women access the care they deserve.
