I’m not a runner by definition — I don’t train year-round or chase personal bests. But I’m showing up for this run because this cause matters deeply to me.

Women’s health, especially mental health, is something that touches more lives than we often realize. It’s complex, it’s personal, and too often it’s something people carry quietly. I’ve seen firsthand how important support, access to care, and understanding can be — not just for individuals, but for families and the people who love them.

This run isn’t about being the fastest. It’s about showing up, standing behind something meaningful, and helping create space for better care, more awareness, and less stigma.
