On Sunday, June 7, I’ll be running 5 km in support of women’s mental health and addictions care at St. Joe’s! As someone who has personally experienced anxiety and depression, this run is especially meaningful to me—it’s about raising compassionate awareness and helping to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
I’m grateful to work alongside an incredible group of women who have come together as a team to support this important cause.
