This date may not hold any significance to you, but for me, it was the day that altered my life forever. 

My beloved grandma ended her life this day. My family and I, forever changed by the kind of grief that haunts you. 

For the last 3 years, my family and I have decided to turn our pain into purpose.

The day that I now strive for- the day that I wear my heart on my sleeve in a vow of resilience and run for ALL women. The same grief that used to consume me, now fuels me. It fuels me to do better for the community. 

Please, join me on my journey, as I speed walk my way to the 2026 Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women! 

This year, I will be running with Team Tiercon again. Last year, my team collectively raised several thousand dollars, while I personally raised $150. With your support, I can reach my goal of $150 again! All proceeds go directly to local charities and mental health organizations to ensure that the women in our lives have access to the best mental health and addictions care! Thank you :)
