My Story…

This June, I am thrilled to be participating in my 4th Run for Women, raising crucial funds for St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and women's mental health programs. As someone living with anxiety and ADHD, and who has experienced post-partum mental health challenges, I know firsthand how important it is to have access to mental health programs and resources. Programs like the Women's Health Concerns Clinic are essential, offering a safe environment and staffed by dedicated and caring professionals. WHCC was a lifeline to me and continues to help countless others as they navigate through anxiety, depression and more. Every woman deserves access to mental health. I hope you will join me in supporting St. Joe's and their incredible mental health programs!
