I'm running for women's mental health on behalf of St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation Hamilton. 

Three years ago I brought my four week old son with me to watch this event, not really knowing what my postpartum experience would look like. In subsequent years, I've been able to cross the finish line with him holding my hand, inspired by the journeys of women around me. I look forward to running again this year. 

Thanks to pledges like yours and corporate support, last year's event raised over $217,000 for women’s mental health programming and research. This will benefit women from all walks of life, including people like me who need support postpartum. Thank you for helping to pay it forward!
