Whether it is the daily challenges faced as moms, wives, caregivers, leaders and career women, the importance of mental health and feeling like you have a voice is beyond important. I have joined my daughter, not just for us, but future generations like our beautiful granddaughter. May she and others always feel like they have a voice, are heard and that they matter.
