My Story…

This will be my 3rd year walking for women's mental health through the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women. Please support me in reducing the stigma of mental health and raising funds that directly impact women in Calgary. I walked in rubber boots last year. Here's hoping for dry sneakers in 2026!
