This 10k run is dedicated to all the remarkable women in my life whom have faced, are still currently facing, or will one day face a mental health crisis — whether postpartum, the grief of a miscarriage or stillbirth, or the unimaginable loss of a child. You are seen, you are loved, and you are never alone. This one’s for you, my lovelies 🩷🩷🩷

This run is also dedicated to our precious Bà Ngoại aka Grandma Do, aka my amazing Mami oi 🩷🩷🩷 So thankful for everything she’s done for us, her quiet struggles and sacrifices, her perseverance in life and that unwavering will to keep going strong, her welcoming arms when we come home bc we’ve been away for too long… her recent battle with lung cancer and her bravery facing it head on! That’s why I am so strong today. It’s all because she was set that gold standard… of what it truly means to be selfless and to love unconditionally. To push thru and persevere when life gets tough… I never understood it until I became a mama myself… and now I finally understand, Mami oi. Thank you for loving us kiddos the way you do and raising us all to be strong, persevering and resilient humans. Love you so, so much! You truly are one of a kind mama 🩷🩷🩷
