I am excited to raise money for a great cause! Money raised goes towards supporting the Calgary Eating Disorder Program and Women's Mental Health programs.

The Calgary Eating Disorder Program supports Albertans with anorexia, bulimia, and other eating disorders. These eating disorders have a 5-10% mortality rate, the highest of any mental illness. Early intervention is essential to lessening the impact of these eating disorders, and your donation will support the work CEDP is doing to provide help to those who need it.

Women's Mental Health programs in Calgary support women with mental health concerns who are looking to become pregnant, are pregnant, or are up to one year postpartum. Nearly one in five women will experience mental health difficulties during their reproductive stage years.
