My story is simple and most likely a familiar one at that... 

Life these days is hectic, busy, and expensive.  I am grateful for everything I have, everything I have worked hard for, and everything I am working hard towards. 

But I want to give back in a meaningful way.

Combining a personal goal of movement and exercise with community engagement and aiding social services is a wonderful way to accomplish this task.

As a survivor of Domestic Violence and Intimate Partner Violence, I appreciate the struggles that the patrons of My Sister's Place have endured; I am happy to help provide a means of support for such a pivotal service in our community.
