My Story…
Through my work with CMHA Thames Valley and My Sisters’ Place, I’ve witnessed the quiet strength of women navigating incredibly hard seasons. I’ve seen how a warm meal, a safe place to sit, a shower, or simply being welcomed by name can restore a sense of dignity and hope. Those moments matter more than we often realize.
Outside of my professional role, I’m also a coach at FitClub Bootcamps, where I have the privilege of walking alongside women as they build strength, confidence and resilience. Whether it’s in a gym or a drop-in centre, I believe deeply in the power of connection and community.
I’m running because every woman deserves to feel safe, valued and cared for. If I can use my steps to help create more spaces where women are met with compassion and belonging, that’s something I will always say yes to!
