My Story…
Hi everyone,
This year, I’m proud to be participating in the Run for Women in London as part of Team BoFIT Soldiers, raising funds for My Sister’s Place.
I’ve set a personal goal of $500, and I would truly appreciate any support.
This cause means a lot to me. Women’s mental health is something that’s very close to my heart, as I’ve seen firsthand the impact it can have on the people I love—including my mom, as well as other family members and friends who have faced mental health challenges throughout their lives.
Mental health struggles can often be invisible, but the impact is very real. Organizations like My Sister’s Place provide support, safety, and resources that make a meaningful difference for women and families in our community.
If you’re able to donate, thank you so much. And if not, your support, encouragement, or even sharing this page means just as much.
💛 Every little bit helps.
Thank you for being part of this with me.
