Together we can make a difference! Did you know that PPMAD is the most common pregnancy complication, affecting 1 in 5 Canadian Women every year?
Despite these high numbers, many women do not actually receive the care that they need.
The Run For Women directly impacts the women and families in our local community. The money raised through this event supports essential programs to improve women's mental health.
This is my fourth year participating in this important community event. I am asking my friends & family to consider donating $5 for every km I run....I am committed to the 5k this year, so that's a $25 donation.
Every dollar counts and will be helping our community.
