My Story…

Please support a great cause and cheer me on as I train for a 10 km run in support of women’s mental health programs. Any donation would be much appreciated and it all goes directly to local programs that support women’s emotional and mental well being through Ontario Shores. I’m so grateful to be able to do this run every year and for how together we get to put positivity into the world and help others shine their best!
