Help Jessica raise money

It's Run for Women season!  This year I am raising funds as part of the Run for Women in Whitby and Ontario Shores.  I live in the Durham region and feel very fortunate to have a place that supports women's mental health so to be able to be part of raising funds for those programs is pretty cool.  I will always support my friends, family and colleagues in their journey, what ever that looks like.  We need to continue to talk about mental health and be an ally to those that need the support in their mental health journey  #mentalhealthmatters #womensmentalhealth
