My Story…

I'm running the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women 5KM run in Whitby ON, to support women's mental health, as it has impacted people close to me, especially perinatal mental health. I've seen it firsthand with my wife, as well as friends and family, and I understand how important access to support can be. I believe this effort will help support local programs that make a real difference.
