Individual or Team registration—A team must have a minimum of 2 members and a Maximum of 6 members. The Team Captain enters all members at the point of registration. Team members receive a $5 discount applied at checkout.

Celebrate Canada Day with the 2026 Virtual Canada Day 5K/10K fun run/walk.
This event is a fun run; results will not need to be submitted.
Run with us wherever you are! You can run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, or the treadmill.
You get to run your own race at your own pace.
Share your photos on social media using #CelebrateCanadaVR26 and tag @runningroom.
Virtual Canada Day participants will receive a Canada Day Souvenir and a finishers medal directly shipped to your home address!
