My Story…
I’m taking part in the Rebecca Run to support research and care for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), a rare disease that is close to my heart. This cause means a great deal to me personally, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness and contribute to meaningful progress. Thank you for your support—it truly makes a difference.
Description
On July 4th, I’m participating in the 25th annual Rebecca Run for SMA to raise awareness and critical funds for Cure SMA Canada —an organization that helps support children and their families living with SMA.
Cure SMA Canada = Support. Research. Hope.
Part of the mission of Cure SMA Canada Society is to:
- To fund the best possible Canadian research in search of a treatment or cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
- To support Canadian families and individuals affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy in every province and territory.
- To support Canadian families and individuals affected by SMA as newly diagnosed, during the affected person’s lifetime and the family after an affected person passes.
Help us make this possible by donating to my 2026 Rebecca Run for SMA fundraising campaign.
Thank you!
