Greetings to my Fabulous Friends, Family and Colleagues

I am reaching out to you to ask for your sponsorship for a run I am participating in in support of Salal.

As you know I am a volunteer board member for Salal and that I believe this organization is a leader in changing the conversation around how sexual violence  is addressed in Canada. 

We offer

*Articulate focused and effective advocacy at all levels of government

*Real programming featuring ;

-a toll free 24 hour rapid crisis and information line

-in person & virtual counselling

-advocacy while navigating the criminal justice system 

- support circles

-text and chat crisis support

-hospital accompaniment to sexual assault services

*As well !! ...many of you know that I joined Salal because of my excitement upon hearing that Salal was working towards opening the Lower Mainlands first Integrated Sexual Assault Clinic.  The clinic is complete and it's opening very soon!!  

Thanks to all of you who support my run and therefore this vital organization.  Together we raise our voices, working towards making our communities and our country safer and more responsive to survivors of sexualized violence.
