I am racing for research
Running can be personal and purposeful.
For Paola Andrea Arevalo Ortiz, a Patient Food Services Administrator at Mount Sinai Hospital, participating in this year’s TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon is more than just crossing the finish line.
This October, I’ll be taking on the half marathon once again. I run for my own health, but this year I’m also dedicating every kilometre to supporting Sinai Health research that helps more people live healthier lives."
By fundraising for Sinai Health Foundation, Paola’s run will help support discovery at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, where scientists are advancing research that shapes how care is delivered.

Description
This year, I am racing for the future to support the ground breaking research that takes place at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute (LTRI), part of Sinai Health.
Funds raised will help fuel world-leading research to help push the boundaries of science and advance our collective understanding of human biology in health and disease. I hope you'll support my run or join me by registering yourself!
