Help Ian raise money

I'm going to run in the Toronto Waterfront Charity Challenge Virtual Marathon in October 2026 to raise funds to send children to school in Ethiopia because their caregivers can't afford to pay for school supplies. In 2010, my family and I volunteered for two weeks for Real Humanitarian in Ethiopia.  We saw how this organization paid to send orphans to school, from kindergarten to high school to college and university.  RH provides healthy meals to the children and their caregivers (mostly grandmothers), as well as medical and dental care provided by Canadian volunteers.  This is the best way I know of to break the cycle of poverty, which is why I'm raising funds for Real Humanitarian.  If you wish, you can sponsor me for any amount.  If you sponsor me for $20 or more, you will get a tax receipt by email right away.    All the donated funds go to Real Humanitarian.
