This October, I'm dusting off my running shoes and getting back into it! 

I'm running in the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon 5K to support The Tyndale Foundation at Tyndale University.

"Iron Sharpens Iron, so one person sharpens another." This is at the heart of the team and reflects what I've seen at my time at Tyndale - students being equipped, encouraged and prepared to lead a life of integrity and faith.
